ExtraView offers the ability to customize user accounts through a number of pre-defined fields which can be used to add new fields to each user’s record. Outside of key fields which are mandatory within each user’s record, each of the following fields has a security permission key which can be used to hide or enable the field.<\/p>\n
Each of the pre-defined keys is protected with a security permission key, so you can set up different access profiles to the different user fields for different user roles.<\/p>\n

You can set the security permission to any one of these to read and write, and alter the title of the field in the data dictionary as needed. If there is no read or write access when updating a user, the field is not visible.
