evupload [-s userID] [ID] [-a ALT_ID] filename description<\/p>\n
This command allows the user to add an attachment to an existing issue in the ExtraView database. The ID<\/span> may be an alternative to the User ID. <\/span><\/p>\n The -s<\/span> option allows the user to specify a different username to be used as the person who created the attachment. This is useful when automated scripts are used to attach files to issues.<\/p>\n You must either have the ID<\/span> or the -a ALT_ID<\/span> parameters to the command, but not both.<\/p>\n If you are migrating data from a remote system into ExtraView, a useful strategy to move attachments is to use the -a ALT_ID<\/span> option to match attachments to issues migrated with the File Import Utility within ExtraView. In this circumstance, the internal unique identifier from the system from which you are migrating data is typically loaded into the ALT_ID field.
