Paragraphs that are formatted like this signify features that are not available to users of ExtraView Corporation's hosted service. ExtraView Corporation hosts your system in a shared, secure, protected environment and therefore you do not have access to these features. If you require access to any of these features, please contact ExtraView support. Note that this may involve a cost over and above the normal hosting fees to make changes on your behalf. Not every feature can be enabled in the hosted environment.
