The FILTER_CHILD_VALUES field controls the ability to return or not return all child records from a query. When this field is placed on a search layout, a checkbox will appear. When checked, a query that generates repeating row records will return all the repeating rows within an issue. When it is unchecked, the query will only return repeating row records that match the remaining filters in the query.
