- Turn on and off notification of user’s own updates
- Select incoming email format to be text or HTML.
- Select from a fuller or briefer form of notification when receiving text
- Disable automatic email generation
- CC Email
- Send pre-formatted email, using templates set up by the administrator, to communicate information to customers or other users
