Buttons on the Menubar

A menubar is placed at the top and the bottom of each add and edit screen. All the available options have a button displayed here. If a button is not available, then it means that either the option is not valid at that point in time, or the user's role does not have permission to access the button. Write access to the security permission key is required to see the button on the menubar.
